Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • Salonlane.in Pvt. Ltd. has created this cancellation and refund policy for establishment of strong relationship with customers and professionals.
  • For Cusotomers: As part of payment, we charge very nominal amount for your favorite Salon Booking. And this amount will be included in your total bill.
  • Total amount you can pay to salon professionals by credit card, UPI payments, e-wallates or cash as per availabity and convenience.
  • We use third party payment gatway, To whome we pay as per transactions. So, T support this platform we have following cancellation and refund policy.
Booking Cancellation and Refund Rule:
  • 1. No cacellation charge. If you cancel the booking before 1 hour of appointment time.
  • 2. 10% of booking amount will be deducted on if you cancel the booking in last hour.
  • 3. 20% of booking amount will be deducted of on if you cancel the booking after appointment time.

Cancellation Example

Suppose, You have booked a salon with some services. Total amount is calculated as Rs.500. And Booking amount is Rs.50

Then you will be charged with Rs. 50 for booking and rest amount Rs.450 (500 - 50) will be paid to Salon when your services is completed.

Suppose your booking is for 2.00 PM. And you have cancelled the booking before 1.00 PM of the booking date then whole amount (in this example Rs. 50) will be refunded.

If you cancelled the booking after 1.00 PM and before 2.00 PM of the booking date then 10% will be duducted. In this example 10% of 50 will be 5. Means Rs. 45 (50 -5) will be refunded.

If you cancelled the booking after 2.00 PM of the booking date then 20% will be duducted. In this example 20% of 50 will be 10. Means Rs. 40 (50 -10) will be refunded.
